Born in March 1975, he graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2000 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2003.
As part of the professional activity carried out over the years, in favour of both Public Administrations and private individuals, he has gained significant judicial and extrajudicial experience, especially in the field of service and goods concessions, water management, wholesale market, publicly-owned companies, pollution, commercial authorizations, social services, eminent domain and public employment.
Over the last decade, he has also achieved significant experience in the field of mining permits and energy infrastructure networks.
He has been qualified for the higher courts since 2016.
